Primarily, this was for the customer to get a glimpse into the thought process. I didn't expect the discipline of showing up consistently to the finish, would also be the cause of levelling up for my business and myself.
I couldn't let myself down by not showing up when I said I would and I couldn't insult the viewer who had invested there time to come on this journey.
There is much that constantly needs to tried out more than once before you get it right when you're making a bag. So the viewer is seeing up to 60 second of a bag make, when in reality, up to six hours work into pre posting.
This was a great exercise for discipline. Your dreams will happen when you set goals. Then you need commitment and you need to be consistent in the face of adversity. You have to change your mindset into a 'can mindset' otherwise, it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy that you have a 'can't achieve mindset' when faced with the adversity and give up before the magic.
These are all the gems that came to me when committed to posting the built our classic Nina Bag.

]]>On Friday 22nd, a gala in Kensington take place to fundraise for Classically British and Co Dance Company.
We've donated to be auctioned, the handmade bag in the image that accompanies this blog .
All money raised from the auction will go towards helping a young dancer fulfil their dreams.
It was such an honour have the bag in the auction that raises money for the Classically British and Co Dance Company.Which is a not for profit dance company and is run for children who may not otherwise, get an opportunity to follow their dreams.
Many of the school former students have gone on to train at some of the top ballet schools such as Ballet Rambert.
